Photos from Kids Ice Fishing Day – February 24th

On February 24th we held our annual Kids Ice Fishing Day on Lake Minocqua!

The sun was shining and the ice was slick but we had a great time. The kids caught a variety of different species of fish including northerns, walleyes, bluegills, perch, crappies, and bass. Multiple kiddos also caught their very first fish through the ice!

A special thanks to Last Cast Fishing Outfitters for their donations and support. All kids in attendance received either a jig pole or tip up of their very own.

Also a special thank you to the Pesava family that brought and cooked hot dogs to be shared with everyone in attendance.
